About Our Center

Prigge Radiation Oncology Center has been serving cancer patients in Stanislaus County and surrounding areas for more than a decade. Once known as Valley Regional Cancer Center, our center was renamed to honor Dr. Ed Prigge, a prominent and well known Orthopedic Surgeon who served our community for more than 50 years.

Just as Dr. Prigge was devoted to the practice of medicine, Prigge Radiation Oncology is devoted to outstanding patient care through the application of today's most advanced cancer treatments in a comfortable, supportive, and healing environment.

Cancers We Treat

Most forms of cancer can be treated effectively with radiation therapy. At Prigge Radiation Oncology Center, we work closely with urologists, surgeons, medical oncologists and other specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at helping cancer patients overcome their diagnoses.

Common forms of cancer that respond well to radiation treatment include: breast cancer, prostate cancer, head and neck cancers, lung cancer, colon cancer, brain tumors, esophageal cancer, lymphomas, pancreatic cancer, skin cancer, gynecological cancer, as wells as other compound and site-specific diagnoses.
